Classroom Rental – Temporarily Suspended

Classroom rentals and all classes are temporarily suspended until further notice. Please do not apply or pay for a rental until this notice is taken down. Please call our store and speak to a manager for further details.

If you are interested in classroom rental at one of our stores you must first Become a Presenter (approved by Dave). All class and presenter questions should be directed to our email classes.daves@gmail.com. Once you are an approved presenter please follow this list:

1. Check dates available on our Classes at Dave’s Health page
2. Fill out the classroom rental form (below)
3. Make Payment (below)
4. Final approval will come in 3-5 business days by phone or email

Classroom Sizes and Amenities

Salt Lake Store, 880 E 3900 S

• Room size is 35’x30’ and is accessible through our front foyer, has windows for natural lighting (shades too), and is fully carpeted
• Equip with whiteboard and markers, pull-down screen, stool for the presenter, and wooden chairs
• Maximum class size is 30 attendees due to parking lot size and store staffing
• Reverse osmosis drinking fountain and restrooms in close proximity to classroom
• Drinks and snacks available for purchase

Classroom Rental Dates Available

You are welcome to teach classes Monday through Saturday during business hours only. Class room rental is on a first-come first-serve basis.

Firstly, check for available classroom rental dates. For instance, you can go to our Classes at Dave’s Health page and check the calendar dates in the month you wish to teach. Then, if those dates and times are clear, fill out the classroom rental form by clicking the button below and make your payment. Payment will verify your request, and after that, final approval will come via email within 3-5 business days.

Want to teach Multiple Classes? Please download the CLASSROOM-RENTAL.xlxs form for pc users, which includes payment options, and submit to classes.daves@gmail.com after making payment. Again, final approval will come via email within 3-5 business days.

Secondly, submit this form after checking the dates available, and then pay below: [maxbutton id=”64″]

Thirdly, your payment deposit must be received by the 15th of the month six weeks ahead, so for April classes your payment would be due by February 15th, for August classes, by June 15th. (pay at the time you book classes)
